Lone Mountain Hike

This is a picture my husband took of me the day we hiked up to the top of Lone Mountain. Lone Mountain is a rocky butte just inside the I215 beltway here in Las Vegas NV that rises about 600 ft above the homes that surround it. It’s a short, steep hike up to the summit but the views from the top are SO worth it!! Once you’re at the summit, you can see the Vegas strip, as well as all the surrounding mountains and homes.
